Welcome To Our Farm! This is the home sight for Bit O' Hope Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats and Produce Farm. We are located at the foothills of the Bankhead National Forest in Mount Hope, AL. We have a 30 acre farm where we have raised cattle and other animals for more than twenty five years. We are a typical farm with cows, horses, chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, pigs, and now bee hives.
We are also very proud to have raised two beautiful children. The apples of our eye! (Daughter pictured above, a senior pic.)
But now, we have a new idea of being a self sufficient farm and produce market, that will also benefit others. We feed non GMO feed and Shegogg Creek Goat Minerals, fresh and dehydrated Organic Herbs! With our herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats, that are AGS, ADGA, and NDGA triple registered stock, that give us plenty of fresh milk, for cheese, soap's, and other body products! Pesticide free, Heirloom Tomatoes, our greenhouse and orchard that provide fresh produce and jams, along with some fresh eggs and homegrown meats, Bee Hives for raw honey and bee's wax products!
(All our milk products and cheeses are sold for Pet Consumption only, Alabama does not allow raw milk sales!)
We are trying to get set up for herd and produce shares!
We also participate in Dairy Goat Shows, DHIR milk testing, and Linear Appraisal with ADGA!
And we are always committed in providing excellence in everything that we do, from our goats and their products to anything that is grown and/or comes from our family farm.

Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a Future and a Hope."
Proverbs 27:23-27 - "Be you diligent to know the state of your flocks, and look well to your herds. For riches are not for ever: and does the crown endure to every generation? The hay appears, and the tender grass shows itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered. The lambs are for your clothing, and the goats are the price of the field. And you shall have goats' milk enough for your food, for the food of your household, and for the maintenance for your maidens."
